Investing in massage is an investment in your health and well-being. Touch is very grounding and centering, especially when applied with intention and mindfulness. You will receive a combination of my own style that has been developing and curing.... for over 39 years. My private practice is in Oakland, California. 

I offer a custom therapeutic massage to fit your needs.   It can be specific work to areas that are bothering you, injured or deep relaxation.  I have many modalities I have studied and collected in my "carpet bag" to use specifically for you.

I also offer bodywork with Oncology patients while in your treatment or post-treatment.  Being a cancer survivor myself, I can BE with you from my experience and knowledge of touch. This heart-centered touch is slow, safe and with your specific situation in mind. This can an help with triggered emotions, deep restorative relaxation, soothing the tattered nervous system, etc.    The 1-hour session can be in my office, hospital or your home. Take a "Vacation" from the cancer and/or all the work your mind and body are processing.

Having an event or celebration?  You can hire me...I do Chair or Table or Reflexology.

Rates in Oakland: 

60 minute session $105

90 minute session $145

2 hr session $200.00
